For the past three (3) weeks i was unable to sign-in into to the xclub app, it keeps rolling for a very long time no error messages. But when i sign-in from the web no problem.

clear app data for the xclub app and try again but make sure you have good connectivity

Just clear app data and reboot your device

I have done all that. I even formatted the phone because of that.
