Certain users claim it doesn't work even after activating it.
Well, it WON'T work because you have been trying it when your phone screen is off.
*You must be on the LOCKSCREEN before attempting it. (make sure to deactivate PIN or PATTERN lock.) Screenshot below shows "lockscreen".

**Now attempt "Wave to Unlock". Easy to use, right?
Go ahead and attempt it properly now.
