that comes when u have activated the Android naugat Easter Egg.... go to settings>about device>android version and long tap antil u see a cat emojie then go check the drop down menu and u find it there

please how do i retrieve my ultra power saving mode, i lost it after the last system update done on my mobile, all i could see there is power saving..
