I'm so disappointed in infinix for unsecured device that they produce, that very Is very bad of you, I feel disappointed in you, my 3 weeks old phone was stolen and I went to Carlcare nothing could be done to it, that is very bad, this will be third and the last phone I will brought from you. Because I can't be wasting my money on a device that the security is not guarantee.

Bros, don't blame infinix or carlcare here. They have nothing to do with your stolen phone. Even the network providers that are supposed to do such are not forthcoming. IPhones are supposedly the most secure devices and yet they are stolen and security is hacked.

U shouldn't worry about it too much. I've even heard of friends who uses IPhone, but when it gets stolen. They can't even track it, despite of it high security.

So sorry, but when mine was stolen  and I bought another one (Note 4), while syncing my gmail account, all the contacts in the former phone were synced into the current phone including all the sensitive information of the current user of that stolen phone.

Without bias or prejudice, it's not the job of carlcare to track your phone for you. It's the job of telecoms coys and they wouldn't do they coz ive experienced it when my note 3 was stolen. Even if they try, the phone can't be tracked if it's flashed or imei changed. Sorry for your loss, O know how it feels, pls move on
