Unable to hear what people say when making call

Hi,[br]I use an infinix note 4 pro which i bought in september.[br]When ever I tried to make an outgoing call, I can't hear what the other person is saying but if I should receive an incoming call I will be able to hear what they say.[br]This issue started a month ago. Sometimes I will hear what the person is saying and other times I won't.[br][br]Pls does anyone knows what the issue is.
