Sometimes, you want to hide installed apps on your device to avoid third party intrustion. Outlined below are a few options available to hide your apps in your Infinix phone[br][br]First is to use the app freezer. If the app you want to hide is one that you will use frequently however, you will need to unfreeze it every single time you want to use it. [br][br][img src="http://admin.infinix.club/data/attachment/forum/201812/24/24049975c21111040236.png?572912" aid="572912"][br][br]Second is to use XOS' powerful inbuilt app hider. To do this, simply hold your empty desktop (avoid long pressing on an icon) for a few seconds to bring up the "Menu" as shown in the screenshot. Select "Menu" to open the XOS launcher menu and select "Hide apps" in the list of options. On selecting "hide apps" you can use the + sign to add the apps you want to hide. To access the hidden apps (since you won't see them by default once hidden), you should select the gesture that will open your hidden apps list under "Gesture settings" in the XOS launcher menu. Note that the gesture chosen is the action that will open your hidden apps and no password is required. Anyone who knows your chosen gesture can therefore open your hidden apps. XHide requires a password to access what has been hidden. You may also choose a third-party app from PlayStore that will help you hide other apps. A good one should require a password/pattern to unhide the apps and also sit as an administrator in your device or require a password to uninstall.
