In Running for the post of the President in Nigeria, the Electoral process is a modified 2 roundhe President of Nigeria iselected using a modified two round system.

in the first round, a candidate must receive a majority of the vote and over 25% of the vote in at least 24 of the 36 states to be elected at the 1st round.

In the 2nd round modified system the candidate must win by at least a vote than all the other Candidates representing different political party.
