Alright. the logic here is the horizontal line. Above the line is multiplication and below the line is division. let's go from left to right beginning with two:

2x5=10 & 10÷5=2
3x5=15 & 15÷5=3
4x5=20 & 20÷5=4
1×5=5 & 5÷5=1

final answer is 1

Each number on the lower half of the circle divided by the number adjacent to it on the upper half of the circle gives 5, i.e [10/2]=5, [15/3]=5, [20/4]=5...

Therefore the unknown number is 1..
How:-
Since 5 (the number adjacent to the unknown number) divided by the unknown number is 5 (the number in the middle), that means 5 (the number adjacent to the unknown number) divided by 5 ( the number in the middle) will give the unknown number.
