how to stop seeing the error xclub notification (network access error please try again later)

many users usually ask the reason for xclub app needing strong connection in order to work. the cause is that anytime u turn your data on there are competition between app that access the network and apps with higher api level usually overcame and run even when the connection is weak.[br]in order to make xclub app to be able to overcome this restrictions by apps with higher APi you should go to setting ] app ] app setting] special access[br] [br][br] [br][br] [br][br] [br] and turn on the ability of unrestricted data access for the xclub app
